Safety

Acceptable Use Policy

Clear boundaries for creating stories and images safely with FablePilot.

Effective date: August 12, 2026

1

Safe-for-work service

FablePilot is a safe-for-work writing and publishing service. You may not use it to request, generate, upload, store, or publish pornography, explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive content intended for arousal, sexual content involving minors, or NSFW stories, illustrations, or Book covers.

2

Harmful and unlawful content

Do not use FablePilot to create content that facilitates serious wrongdoing, exploitation, abuse, graphic violence, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, self-harm instructions, or other unlawful or dangerous activity. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive personal information that you do not have the right to use.

3

People, identity, and intellectual property

Do not use the Service for non-consensual sexual imagery, face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or material that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated text and images before publishing or selling them.

4

Platform integrity

Do not bypass or probe safety filters, authentication, credits, rate limits, concurrency controls, or other technical restrictions. Do not submit jailbreak prompts, use unauthorized automation or scraping, interfere with the Service, or misrepresent FablePilot, its output, or your relationship with us.

5

Automated safety checks

Before a user-controlled AI generation or rewrite begins, FablePilot sends the relevant submitted prompt, plan, selected passage, or manually edited source content to OpenAI's automated moderation service. An illustrated-story request is checked once before its story and illustration are generated. Internally derived prompts, including Book-cover artwork instructions based on an already reviewed Book idea and plan, are not checked a second time.

If the safety service flags the submitted content, or if the required safety check is unavailable, that AI action does not begin. FablePilot does not deduct the related daily allowance or Book credits for a request stopped at this stage.

6

Enforcement and questions

We may block a request, remove prohibited material, restrict or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate action when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people, comply with law, or respond to abuse.

Automated systems can make mistakes. If you believe a safe request was blocked incorrectly, contact support@fablepilot.com with a brief description. Do not include sensitive information or prohibited material in your message.
