Acceptance and Operator
FablePilot is operated by CENDRO LABS PTY LTD and is the product and trading name used for fablepilot.com ("FablePilot," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using FablePilot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date on this page.
Description of Service
FablePilot is a web-based AI writing service that lets signed-in users generate, regenerate, edit, organize, and export stories and books. Google sign-in is required before AI generation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
Free tools have a daily allowance. Paid plans may remove the total daily allowance while remaining subject to rate, concurrency, safety, and abuse-prevention controls. Book-related AI actions use a separate Book credit system.
Content Safety and Acceptable Use
FablePilot is a safe-for-work writing and publishing service. You must not use the Service to request, generate, upload, store, or publish NSFW stories, explicit sexual content, or NSFW Book covers.
You also must not bypass filters, credits, rate limits, security controls, or other technical restrictions; submit prompts intended to jailbreak or extract unsafe behavior; use unauthorized bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems at scale; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or misrepresent FablePilot, its output, or your relationship with us. Our separate Acceptable Use Policy provides the complete content and safety rules and forms part of these Terms. We may block a request, remove content, restrict an account, or preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts and story ideas you submit. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party provider restrictions, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs and intended use do not infringe another person's rights and that an output is suitable for publication.
FablePilot retains all rights in its name, branding, logos, site design, software, and related intellectual property. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Stories and images generated by FablePilot are produced using artificial-intelligence services. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, unexpected material, similarities to other works, or content that does not reflect our views. Safety controls reduce risk but are not perfect.
You must review text, covers, illustrations, metadata, copyright status, and platform requirements before publishing or selling anything. You are responsible for your use of generated output and for complying with Amazon KDP or any other distribution platform's current rules.
Accounts, Library, and Backups
Successful Story, illustrated Story, Plot, Book, and Story Collection outputs may be saved to your private Library so you can return to them. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity performed through it.
We work to keep saved content available, but the Service is not an archival or backup service. Export or separately save work that is important to you. We may remove content that violates these Terms, and we cannot guarantee against every interruption, corruption, or data-loss event.
Plans, Credits, and Delivery
Existing story, plot, rewrite, and illustrated-story tools use a daily tool allowance for Free accounts. Paid accounts may receive unlimited total use of these tools while remaining subject to rate, concurrency, safety, and abuse-prevention limits. These tool actions do not consume Book credits.
Book Workspace uses a separate Book credit balance. Different actions may consume different amounts based on generated words or a listed fixed price. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of that monthly credit period without rollover, including when a subscription is billed annually. One-time Pack credits expire three months after purchase. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used for applicable FablePilot features. We aim to grant paid credits and entitlements promptly after Creem confirms payment, but temporary processing delays may occur.
Orders, Creem, and Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller for orders completed through its checkout. Creem collects payment, issues invoices, calculates and remits applicable indirect taxes, and provides payment-related customer services. Purchases are also subject to Creem's Buyer Terms and privacy practices.
Plus and Pro are available as monthly or annual subscriptions and automatically renew at the displayed billing-period price until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year while credits are issued monthly. You may manage or cancel through Creem's Customer Portal or the link in your Creem receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not by itself refund the current period. The Customer Portal displays available plan changes and their billing effect before confirmation. Taxes are calculated by Creem at checkout.
The Credit Pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Its credits expire three months after purchase. Approved refunds or chargebacks may reverse unused credits and related entitlements. Credits already consumed remain recorded in the audit ledger and do not create a negative usable balance. Partial adjustments may require manual review.
Refunds
Our separate Refund Policy explains the 14-day request window, eligibility considerations, consumed-credit and downloaded-export limitations, cancellation, and mandatory consumer rights. A refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel recurring billing separately if you do not want the subscription to renew.
Where a refund is approved, we may revoke the related credits, plan benefits, downloads, or other access. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-Party Services
FablePilot relies on third-party authentication, infrastructure, AI model, payment, analytics, advertising, and related providers. Your use of the Service may be affected by their terms, policies, availability, and operational practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and Termination
We may reject generation, remove prohibited material, suspend features, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, acted fraudulently, abused service limits, or harmed the Service or another person. Where appropriate, contact support@fablepilot.com to appeal a safety or account decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FablePilot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If it cannot be resolved, any further process will occur in a forum permitted by applicable law.
