By accessing or using FablePilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of FablePilot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Description of Service
FablePilot is a free, web-based AI story generation tool that allows users to generate, regenerate, and rewrite stories using prompts and optional creative controls. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Access to the Service is subject to daily credit limits and other technical controls designed to support fair use, reliability, and abuse prevention. These limits may change at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FablePilot only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:
Generate or request illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or threatening content. Generate or request explicit sexual content or use the Service to create sexually explicit material. Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, security measures, or other technical restrictions. Submit prompts intended to jailbreak, manipulate, or extract unsafe behavior from the AI model. Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to access the Service at scale without our prior written consent. Misrepresent the Service, its output, or your relationship to FablePilot in a deceptive or unlawful way.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts and story ideas you submit. Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party provider restrictions, you may use the generated output for personal or commercial purposes.
FablePilot retains all rights in the FablePilot name, branding, logos, site design, software, and related intellectual property. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Stories generated by FablePilot are produced by an artificial intelligence model. While we apply content filters and guidelines, we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all audiences.
Generated stories may contain inaccuracies, fictional elements, or content that does not reflect our views. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content appropriately. FablePilot accepts no liability for any harm arising from the use of AI-generated stories.
No Saved Library or Backup
FablePilot does not promise persistent storage of your prompts or generated stories. If you want to keep a story, you are responsible for copying, downloading, or otherwise saving it yourself. We are not responsible for lost drafts, lost prompts, or lost outputs.
Credits, Limits, and Abuse Prevention
FablePilot uses a credit-based fair use system. Different actions may consume different amounts of credits depending on the requested generation or rewrite length. We may adjust credit costs, quotas, or technical protections at any time to manage costs, reliability, and abuse.
We may deny, throttle, or block access where we reasonably believe usage is abusive, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to the service or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FablePilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-Party Services
FablePilot relies on third-party services, including infrastructure, AI model, analytics, advertising, and related providers. Your use of the Service may therefore also be affected by the terms, policies, availability, and operational practices of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute with us informally by contacting us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any further process will be handled in a forum permitted by applicable law.
